Total Air System Kleaning, is a full service NADCA* Certified Air System Cleaning company specializing in commercial air duct cleaning and restoration of HVAC systems. Our experienced staff has over 30+ years of HVAC experience and 5+ years of Duct Cleaning experience. Work is performed by a NADCA Certified Air System Cleaning Specialist in accordance with EPA guidelines.
All clients are provided with pre and post inspection assessments and a list of the removal methods used to eliminate or prevent the delivery of airborne pollutants into indoor spaces through the HVAC ductwork. Coil cleaning and remediation of mold or other biological contamination work is performed by licensed HVAC technicians.

Co-owners Larry Viger and James Zierolf started Total Air System Kleaning after working together on a large commercial duct cleaning job. Larry has worked in the HVAC and Refrigeration Industry for over 30 years. He is currently CEO and operator of TransBayAir, Inc. James is a certified NADCA Air System Cleaning Specialist with over five years of commercial air duct cleaning experience and has been in the HVAC and construction industries for over 20+ years. Together Batman and Robin will fight grime and/or evil bacteria!
